Megan was up until yesterday an employee of Field Entertainment, the parent company of Ringling Brothers circus. Yesterday, she found out that the decision was was made to close the circus after 146 years in business. It's truly a tragic day for the circus, animal owners, and the USA. The Animal Rights Fascists (ARFs) have succeeded in putting 800 people out of work and devastating families. They have succeeded in destroying Feld with their incredibly deep pockets filled by donations based on deceit. Instead $5 and save the puppies. Lies... All designed to destroy animal ownership and use.
Sadly, I have animal owning friends that think the ARFs, vicious kooks, aren't going to come for them. They have their heads in the sand, like an ostrich, ignoring what they see: Paul Upton, SeaWorld, Walter Palmer DDS, racing, and many more... All with lies, misrepresentation, and $$$. It grieves me when I see normally sensible people taken in by the ARFs on one or the other of their campaigns, be it Tennessee Walker's, elephants, whales, or the infamous slur, "puppy mills".
Animal owners need to be careful of burying their heads in sand ( or up your ass), because you may not get it out.
